White Sage Skin & Wellness is a gorgeous business providing Hobart with bespoke and holistic beauty treatments and therapies. Run by Megan, she came to KingsDesign for a complete website overhaul, online store and integration with her existing booking system.

The Brief

Create a beautiful, simple to use website that showcases White Sage’s business. Highlight the indulgent services that White Sage provides, create an online store that is effective and easy to use, plus integrate the website so that the current booking system can be part of the site.

The Goals:

  • Reflect the personality of the White Sage business and the beauty of the building in the design
  • Create an online store that can grow with the business
  • Create quality content with the right tone of voice

The Design

The design process for this website was a challenge. In the end we realised that the original design we had developed with the client was not going to work. Mid way through the project White Sage had rebranded and so we went back to the drawing board to make sure we could integrate the new brand seamlessly into our design.

The final design is dark and moody which reflects the stunning gothic building that White Sage is housed in and complements their new branding.

Each page design has been created so that the client can adjust the hero images to reflect the season. A practice the client has adopted with her skin treatments, adapting to the seasonal changes in Hobart’s weather.

The Online Store

KingsDesign created an online store that is easy for the client to manage and maintain. The online store design has been created as an easy to view shop that provides information on recommended use, ingredients and the details of the product. The store has a full Afterpay integration set up, a simple checkout structure and allows White Sage to manage orders easily. 

The White Sage site has been built so that coupons, products, categories and imagery can be easily added or edited at any time by the client. We’re always there to support, but we’ve made sure that training is provided and that the website is easy to use for both customer and client.
